Founding principal and Chief Financial Officer at Rudish Health Solutions, boutique consulting firm that provides talent leadership and strategic advisory solutions to healthcare organizations.

We're a fully virtual company, and our clients are located all over the country. Like the other principals and our employees, I can work from anywhere, but mostly you'll find me in South Florida, New York City or Northern New Jersey.

And being fully virtual means the when can be midnight or Sunday afternoon, but it also means the opposite--Wednesday's at the beach, a long Monday lunch with an old friend.

For me, it all comes down to who: working with my husband, Russ Rudish, and other family, plus the amazing group of professionals that have joined our little company, is an unexpected late-in-life pleasure.

As my life continues to unfold, my three passions of family, writing, and energy healing allow me to experience very different modes of being:

• one-to-one contact in my healing practice
• connection with self and the imaginative world in writing
